5) These services are allowed by law under section 117 of the U.S. copyright law and you are entitled to these services.
6) I do not condone piracy, I simply provide a backup service. By dealing with me I assume you own an original copy.

By obtaining back-ups from Blakeman, you are taking all responsibility and Criminal and Civil liabilities that come with the purchasing and/or trading of these back-ups. I take no responsibility for your actions and purposes of obtaining these back-ups. You are in no way, shape or form affiliated with any Government (police and/or federal) agency, or SONY. You also are agreeing that you are not going to use these back-ups for any other use then they are intended. You are purchasing and/or trading these back-ups with the knowledge that you are legally liable if you do not own the rights to this software. If you should sell or destroy your original disc(s), you must destroy the back-up disc(s). If you do not own any of the original disc(s) listed, you may purchase and/or trade a back-up for evaluation purposes. You have 24 hours to evaluate the disc(s). In that time you may keep the back-up disc(s) if you go out and buy the original. This again means only buying and/or trading for the back-ups of disc(s) you legally own. By purchasing and/or trading for anything you are agreeing to this disclaimer in its entire form.
I will not knowingly sell any discs to anyone who plans to use them without
owning the original software.
